Your challenge
Develop and implement the HR policy and processes and translation of by Group HR and by HR Distribution & Sales developed policy and processes in such a way that the organization structure and staffing in qualitative and quantitative measures support the needs of the BU Sales BTB and region. You are as well responsible for: * Manage all HR issues within the BU-Region
• Secure management capabilities in the BU-Region, Management education
• Secure and active encourage carrier paths for the employees within the BU-Region
• Secure diversity among managers and employees in the BU-Region
• Support the managers of the operations in HR issues
• Support Region Coordinator with decision material
• Attract, develop and retain people, managers and competencies for the future. Secure long-term competence and excellent leadership for BU -Region
• Establish Region high performance culture
• Internationalization and rotation
• With Controlling establish a common score card structure for BU-Region which contains common behaviors and targets
• Management succession
• Internal communication

Requirements and profile HR Business partner
• Be focused all the time, result oriented, value creation, set priorities, assist others to perform.

Qualifications
• Bachelor level of education (business, economics or equivalent)
• Approximately 7 years of HR working experience
• Analytics skills
• Working experience should preferably have been gained within the energy sector, but if not, within a large company with matrix organisation.
• Experience within a similar role or gained necessary level of expertise within a sales BTB environment
• Able to travel in the region and if necessary to other BtB business locations.
• Language: one language of the Sales BTB countries mother tongue and fluent in English.
