Job Descprition

The Travel services business is a significant industry vertical at Sutherland and they provide services to over 20 leading, Airline and Travel companies globally. In Europe, Sutherland currently provide end to end Customer Lifecycle Management services for a large Airline carrier. They have a team of over 200 associates that support this customer from multiple locations in Europe.

They are currently hiring to expand this team in their delivery site in Örnsköldsvik. You will work for the SAS account (Corporate support). They support all Scandinavian Travel agencies, Corporate Customers and Travelers regarding SAS Corporate products by Phone, email and Amadeus Queues.

Your Profile

We are looking for creative, communicative people with ability to make decisions. You have a positive attitude, are solution focused and have the ability to always make your customers happy.
It is also requerd that you:
• can speak and write Danish and English fluently
• have excellent communication skills, and know how to listen and have a desire to help
• are comfortable working with computer
• interested in the airline and travel business
• can work full time
• prefer to work in day shifts
