1) Mange logistic department
• Control shipment and import process from Korea and China and Hungary
• Work with Import documentation and logistic issues with each factory.
• Management of Warehouse and stock level. (Sweden)
2) Sales to Nordic Countries (including Sweden)
• Take care of Commission sales from Each factory to Nordic Countries.
(Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland)
• Negotiate regular price list with Commission customer
3) Marketing
• Management of marketing activities for 5 Nordic countries.
• Communicate with marketing Agency in Sweden and other Nordic Countries.
4) Education regarding Sales & Logistic and Korean culture
• To upgrade office staff?s knowledge, Sales operation manager should teach sales & logistic personel Hankooks internal work procedures and Korean cultural differnces.
Special Competence
1) Fluent in Korean and English.
• To manage all import from 3 kind of factories, the Sales operation manager needs to speak speak Korean and English fluently.
• Hankook Tire is South a Korean company. Because most staff are Korean, the sales operation manager needs to have good Korean communication skills and relationship with the staff in Korean HQ and European HQ and factories.
2) Excellent knowledge regarding Hankook Tire internal work process and Korean Culture.
3) Excellent Knowledge regarding Logistics and Import process from 3 China, Korea and Hungary since Hankook Tire Sweden h import tires from the above.
4) Good knowledge of Warehouse Stock and sales to Retail Customer.
