Mercedes-Benz Financial Services has its headquarters Malmö. We have a joint Swedish-Danish organization where several departments share the responsibility for both of our markets. MBF is the financial arm to Mercedes-Benz Sweden and provides financing, leasing and insurance for both B2B and B2C. MBF supports all Daimler sales from passenger cars to trucks and buses. We work closely together with our Brand Partner Mercedes-Benz Sweden to make sure our customers get a true Mercedes-Benz experience.
We are now recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Director to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services to run a successful marketing on the Swedish market.
Dina arbetsuppgifter
In this position you will be responsible for a group of 15 people, who work within the area of sales, marketing and business development. Your team is responsible for promoting and increase sales to all our brands from Mercedes-Benz passenger cars to Evobus. To achieve this, you are accountable for designing the most attractive financial services initiatives and market them through various products and campaigns. You create the tools our market needs to develop and boost our Swedish business and establish Mercedes-Benz Financial Services as the preferred financial services partner for the brand partners, dealers and customers.
You will drive sales, create market plans and strategies for a growing business that you will implement through your team. You develop and contrivance MBF and CRM strategy through best practices, meetings and exceeding the MBF dealer and customer satisfaction index targets. You will also ensure that the company works with the best and most efficient sales systems to the dealers, giving them a range of tools to use more efficiently.
Din profil
To match the position, we believe that you have a several years of experience within the sales & marketing field from the automotive industry. This from a managerial position that also has included product management and communication responsibility You have a bachelor degree in finance, marketing or similar. Furthermore, you are a skilled computer user, especially within MS office and you master both Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.
As a person, you are a strong communicator and you can establish relations with different stakeholders, as well as with dealers and customers. You are structured and responsible in your work and can act independently while you also are an obvious team player that takes an active part in your team. Furthermore, you share our strong interest in the automotive industry.
