Starting February 4th, you could be one of the 10 all-star individuals, coming from all over the World, and jump start your career, working with some of the sharpest companies within HR and recruitment tech, in the heart of Stockholm.
So what type of job is this? Simply put, we want you to do three things:
Grow: We invest in you. From the start, you and the other chosen ones will receive hands-on training and experience from some of the leading experts in the field. In addition, you get to choose to experience different work environment as we have offices in Singapore, Los Angeles, New York, Stockholm, and Madrid.
Build: Create the company you want to work for. You'll be joining a team with other like-minded individuals, and together build the foundation of several expanding companies. Your group will form the core of the culture, growth, operations, and business development.

So, what does Talent Venture Group do?
Talent Venture Group is the holding company consisting of several companies working within the recruitment and HR-tech industry. There are currently 12 companies, ranging from tailored tech-solutions, to softwares, product development, and establishing elite talent networks.
All in all, we're around 100 people contributing to making it easier for people to find their dream employers. The companies we work will, in turn, also generate higher success employing people that thrive at their workspace.
What will YOU be doing?
Sales: We're not talking about the average telemarketing/cold-caller. Rather, building relationship-based sales strategies to help our clients create immense value.
Marketing: Enable us to grow by generating leads using different strategies such as social selling, advertisement, email marketing, and partnerships.
Business Development: Suggesting ideas on how to improve the business, and having creative freedom to develop new tools, processes that excel the overall business further.
Intense Learning: Most of all, you'll be learning. Get extensive knowledge about the newest marketing tools, sales techniques, and business strategies to build and nurture your skill sets and knowledge.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
Experience: Work or studies within marketing, sales, and business development. Having previous experience working with sales will be seen as a huge advantage.
Education: Preferably a university degree, though not required, as we believe you'll learn more with a company like us, than you could in school.
Personality: While we're looking for highly ambitious, charismatic, performance-driven individuals, it's equally important to be humble, friendly, and genuine.
Availability: Being able to live and work in Stockholm, Sweden for at least four months. After that, it doesn't hurt to be willing to travel the world to work from different locations, though not required.
