We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for our Stockholm site, working within our Rail Control Solutions (RCS) Division alongside highly skilled technical individuals. This exciting project led role will give the right candidate the opportunity to develop and specialize within the project field.
Role Profile:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator role will be responsible for sales activities such as handling of the internal and external quotation work. Keeping close contact with customers both internal and external, technicians, project managers etc, you will also be required to network contacts as well as provide administration work for relevant documents, financial as well as sales.
You will be required to:
• Register incoming tenders
• Distribute tenders and documents to relevant personnel
• Chase and manage incoming quotations for on time delivery
• Write and calculate customer quotations
• Attend and hold customer meetings
• Register orders and write the documents needed for finance and PMO
• Collect and arrange "orderöverlämning" to the personal in the line organization
• Forecast and document resource planning for potential future projects
• Forecast and document potential projects for procurement
• First point of contact for future project
• During the tender and quotation process be the contact person to customers
• Communication and meeting arrangements
• Material handling
• Logistics and procurement support
• Supporting Supplier meetings in specific data and delivery time.
• Arrange weekly meeting with various line managers and customer lines
Your experience and qualifications:
• Fluent English & Swedish language skills are essential
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Some technical knowledge would be an advantage
• Industrial Sales experience
• Excellent IT abilities (Excel / BAAN etc)
• Flexible working attitude
• Excellent organization
• Social and able to work to tight deadlines and high pressure
• Drive and motivation to succeed and be challenged
