www.apsis.comOur Turkish sales team is expanding again and we are looking for new colleagues
You will be based at our office in Istanbul to join our Turkish sales team of today consisting of six colleagues. Focus will be the sales on the Turkish market, primarily targeting the Istanbul area. Your work task will be to find and establish new business through telephone sales, visits and other sales activities. There is an absolute necessity to comprehend and see the phone as the main working tool; targeting Marketing- and Sales Managers in companies of all sizes in most industries. The work will require an extreme persistence in cold calls in the early stages why being self-going and self-motivated is necessary. Candidates should have a track record within professional sales with proven results in the earlier career and used to and comfortable with building long-lasting business relations. Good IT understanding and knowledge within basic HTML is also valuable and will be considered a plus.
You are fluent in Turkish and English.
Tasks:
Identifying new business opportunities & prospecting
Booking online demonstrations / meetings with prospects’ decision makers and/or potential users
Negotiating with decision makers and closing deals after meetings/demonstrations
Upselling of products and services (such as trainings & consultation)
Having overall responsibility of customer lifecycle and their product portfolio
We need you to:
Love customer interaction and to have good presentation skills
Have the drive to be successful with new biz. You will be responsible for the whole sales process from prospecting to the close of the deal
Be able to build long-term relationship with the clients
Be able to provide the customer additional services and products i.e. upselling
Be able to see and grasp sales opportunities continuously
Have sales background from new sales in-house or field sales
Be proactive and cooperative in everything you do
Be result oriented rather than a process follower
Have an interest in digital media and new marketing channels
Have experience on solution sales
Have good command of modern IT and web tools
Have Military Service to be completed
Have a driving License and be experienced driver
Be able to travel and being flexibility when necessary
