We are looking for a S&OP Manager to join a dynamic team of experienced development and project management professionals in Jönköping or Gothenburg district. You will be working in Packaging Solutions Division and you will report to Nordic Supply Chain Director.
You will focus on operative horizon of S&OP and you will lead a team of production and material planners. You will be working as a pair with existing experienced tactical S&OP, Sales and Operations Planning Manager.

As a S&OP Manager you have a key role in Sweden for supply chain operation focusing on S&OP processes. You are driving a highly scalable S&OP process with supply chain colleagues and other stakeholders e.g. sales. It is a job opportunity in an international work environment and understanding value of cross-country operations. You work in close co-operation with mill operations, production planners, raw material planners, supply chain logistics and customer service. You provide supply chain view to operations and other stakeholders. Continues improvement, develop and participate in supply chain and operations continues improvement activities.

Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you have a Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree and/ or equivalent
experience in Supply Chain or/and operations. Preferably experience in managerial positions and working in an international organization for at least 5 years. You have good communication and presentation skills in both verbal and written English with a flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing work environment. You have an independent working style and good PC skills (e.g Excel and/or other S&OP specific tools). Understanding of IT tools/systems development is an advantage.
