In Stena Line Finance, we employ Robotic Process Automation (RPA) as an important tool for improving our efficiency and accuracy as well as our employee satisfaction. Today we have two full-time RPA developers and we hope that you want to complete the trio! We are a centralised Finance function primarily based in Gothenburg and we handle the finance administration for the majority of Stena Line's 30+ legal entities.
What will you do?
As our RPA developer you will be working together with our Receivables, Payables and Accounting teams to develop RPA processes in the robotics software Blueprism to automate tasks that today are performed manually to a large degree, as well as tasks where automation ensures timeliness, quality and consistency. Together with your RPA team-mates you will be monitoring the performance of our RPA platform with the support of our central IT organisation.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Develop, test and deploy processes in Blueprism
• Share the responsibility of monitoring the performance of our RPA platform
• Support teams within Finance with the analysis and documentation of processes to develop
• Use your RPA knowledge to help identify and initiate the automation of processes
Who are you?

We are looking for someone who sees more than one solution to a problem, and is committed to deliver. You are engaged, know how to collaborate to achieve a common goal and enjoy sharing your knowledge with your colleagues. You also have a structured and analytical approach and know how to describe a process or dissect a problem, which will definitely come in handy in this role.
The must-haves:
• Education in and/or experience from finance administration
• Understanding of and interest in business process development
• Training in an RPA development software, e.g. Blueprism or UiPath
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
