The Program
At Essity, we see graduates as playing a central role in challenging the status quo, driving change, and making a positive impact on the business along with hygiene and health globally. Selected candidates will participate in a two-year Graduate On-boarding (GO!) Program within the Essity organization, starting autumn, 2018. The GO! Program provides a real job with a real development plan to give you a strong foundation to drive your development and career within Essity.
The Onboarding Program is based on relevant tasks, clear responsibilities and specific learning goals. This will provide participants with a deep understanding of the Essity global organization, technical knowledge, processes and tools, while simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business.

You'll join as a part of a highly skilled cross-functional team that continuously pushes the limits through new disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Cognitive Instances. You will get a great overview on different business processes and get to work in exciting and challenging projects. In this specific role you will initially focus on Robotics Process Automation.
Your Profile
We find the GO! Program is a great way to start to use those skills you have learned and put them to the test in a real job with real responsibility, while you take the driver's seat in your development.
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internship is an advantage
Obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent achieved no later than 18 months ago will be a prerequisite
Excellent level of English is required
Availability for travelling and relocating may be required
