Description
The Return Logistics Management (Claim) role handles and validates claims from Ericsson local companies, authorized service providers (ASP) or customers.
Return Logistics Management handles fast replacements to customers or sites within stipulated timeframes. Faulty products are returned to suppliers.
The return activities ensure efficient repair operations or fast root cause analysis and corrective actions by the supplier.
The overall purpose is to secure that customer service contracts requirements are being met, and that installation activities do not get delayed.
Qualifications
You enjoy working with different issues at the same time. You like to work proactively in a service and customer-oriented process. You work well independently but are also a team player who puts a lot of focus on achieving results on time and with high quality.
You should have:
• University degree in Logistics or relevant work experience
• Experience within Logistics and/or Supply Chain management
• Good written and spoken Swedish and English
• Ability to build relationships with internal as well as external interfaces
• Positive attitude
