NA-KD, a global online fashion company and one of the top 20 fastest growing companies in Europe, is currently looking for a creative and analytical Retention Manager to increase retention of customers. NA-KD has an annual revenue run rate of over $70 million, with millions of page views every day and shipping to over 130 countries per month.
As Retention Manager, you are responsible for customer lifetime value and. You will turn one-time shoppers into loyal, repeat purchasers that spend more, purchase more frequently, and refer us friends more often. You are experienced in e-mail software system, CRM, and other retention management tools. Preferably, you have been responsible for a loyalty program for a big retailer.
Responsibilities:
• Increase retention and prevent churn by driving deeper engagement and activity throughout the entire customer lifecycle
• Understand how to build flows and activations depending on where the customer is in their lifecycle
• Responsible for all marketing automation on all key markets
• Work closely with other departments such as IT, Content and Social Media
• Constantly monitor and optimize internal KPI's such as conversion, activity, satisfaction and churn
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Marketing or related discipline
• Hands on experience with e-mail software system and CRM
• Plus if you have been responsible for a loyalty club
• Experience with digital marketing and traffic acquisition
• Have an affinity for data analysis and interpretation
• Be creative and think outside the box
• Can communicate and operate effortlessly in English
• Act pragmatically, respect deadlines, and understand that no one else does the job for you
