What awaits you?

As Retail HR Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the dealer network in the Nordic markets in Talent Management related topics such as attraction, selection, development and retention of managers and staff. The main characteristic of the role will include:

• Building up, strengthening, and improving recruitment processes in quality and quantity as well as increasing external perception of dealers as employer.
• Developing and offering tools and processes for improving employee satisfaction, motivation and achievements in the dealer organisations. Systematically identifying development needs through processes such as annual appraisal, development centres or engagement surveys and thus increase staff retention in the dealer organisation.

The position will include many points of contact where you will have a close collaboration with Market Managers in each region, internal BMW Group stakeholders, Dealer Organisation representatives and functions as well as external agencies. The role will cover areas within employer branding, recruitment solutions, onboarding as well as development. You will use and implement existing tools and processes adjusted for each local market as well as developing new strategies to attract and retain staff and managers, with a main goal of setting a long-term strategy for these areas.

What should you bring along?

The person we are looking for are structured, systematic has strong project management skills. You have a good understanding of HR processes, policies and procedures, especially within training, development and overall knowledge in the talent management area. Further on we believe you have:

• A Bachelor 's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least six years of experience and profound knowledge in areas oriented towards human resources specifically in human resources development and training
• You have good knowledge of various recruitment channels as well as good knowledge within labour law and collective agreements
• Business fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional Scandinavian languages is seen as an advantage, but not a requitement.

You have great communication skills and are a true team player. Others often describe you as proactive and enthusiastic. You thrive in a role where you get to use your relationship management skills and your engagement for innovation.

Further information

The position is located at BMW 's Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and daily workouts. As a BMW employee, everyone gets the opportunity to drive their own BMW or MINI on favourable terms. The position is full-time and a fixed-term employment for two years.
