Sky Office is a Swedish Travel agency company that designs, markets and distributes travel. Sky Office tickets are sold through 10 retailers in Stockholm, Västerås, Gothenburg & Malmö. Sky Office has a yearly turnover of over 70 MSEK. The headquarter is located in the Liljeholmen in Stockholm, and employs around 30 people.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The work as Retail Controller provides you with a broad understanding of our business, especially within the travel area. Your assignments will range from complex and exciting analysis to more standardized follow-up tasks. The position will be based at Sky Office headquarter in Stockholm but.
Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
• Financial analysis and business controlling
• Sales follow-up and sales analysis
• Supplier contacts, negotiations and order placements
• Stock control and analysis on a retail level
• Other types of analyses, business evaluations and calculations
• Proactive work to continually develop our systems
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor or master degree in business administration or engineering
• At least 1 year experience as controller
• Talented with numbers
• Strong planning, organizational, social and problem solving skills
• Previous retail experience is an advantage
• Fluency in English & Swedish, additional language skills is a merit
