We want to offer a destination filled with exciting experiences
expressing both old and new. To succeed with our aim we need
a partner and restaurant manager, whom is truly passionate in
giving others a unique experience. You will be part of defining
the organization and to build a restaurant/café from concept,
logistics, menues and assortments.
Some requirements:
Beside your positive, happy and service minded attitude, you need to have a few years experience of the restaurant and bar business.
• Knowledge and experience of serving alcohol, including rules and regulations
• The aim to create something new and to experiment
• To have an interest of entrepreneurship
• Good knowledge of Swedish "egenkontroll" regulations
• To look at the economy long term
• Interest in managing and building upp a team
• You like challenges and problem solving
• Interests of art, design and philosophy is a plus
