As a couple of our colleagues are going on parental leave, Tetra Pak Information Management AB is now seeking for two Resource Managers to strengthen our team. Would you like the opportunity to utilize your current management experiences and leadership abilities to help, create and maintain vibrant, competent and engaged people in a resource team - approximately 30 people, based in Malmö/Lund?
If 'YES' - then we would like to welcome you as a partner/member of Global IM's Resource Management Team.
The position is very versatile and you will work both with your own duties for your team as well as take an active part in the Resource Management community's shared tasks. This also gives you the opportunity to work closely with colleagues at all the other Global IM sites.
We can offer you the challenge, as well as opportunity, to work with development of people by continuously reviewing their needs, compare these with the needs of the company and then help/coach your employees through the change process towards a combined success for all parties.
Your most important tasks will be to:
• Drive the Competence Development Process within your team
• Drive the Performance Management Process for each employee
• Drive the Salary & Incentive process within the team
• Manage the resource planning and project/service staffing
• Adhere to Budget and time/cost follow up

Kvalifikationer
As the work is very much about people, you will need to be a good leader with strong people management and communications skills as well as a good coach and adviser to the team members. You are proactive and good at networking and you have the ability to prioritize. You are also accountable, decisive and a good negotiator. Furthermore you are a business minded person who has a good understanding of the big picture. You like a challenge and are persistent to reach your goals.
Your background preferably includes either a university degree or a diploma from a specialized school combined with several years of experience. You have previous experience from managing people and possess strong interpersonal and multi-cultural skills. For one of the positions, a technical background is seen as a merit and for the other SAP R/3 is seen as a merit.
