As a Requirement & Design Engineer (RDE) in my team you will be working with a great team of engineers, and we are looking for you who will be challenged in a good way and think that creativity and problem-solving is important components of your motivation.

As a Requirement & Design Engineer you will see that this is a creative assignment where you will need to investigate the unknown, using your skills to take the design from ideation through concept generation, development and optimization and deliver ready to use solutions, fully verified in simulations and testing. You will work with both new development and improvements of the existing range by proactively searching for opportunities to challenge known patterns. You will work in close collaboration with your team and different stakeholders across the organization.
