To support our continuous growth, we seek to add a highly motivated and goal oriented LCV Area Manager to join our Fleet Sales team in Sweden. This is a full time employment starting as soon as possible. You report to the Fleet Sales Manager and the position is located in Stockholm Sweden, as a part of Sweden Sales in Renault Nordic. This position entails travel within the whole of Sweden at approximately 80% of a working month.

Job Description
• Grow Renault LCV Market share within Sweden by driving sales and sales activities.
• Establish a sound strategy to increase dealer and Brand loyalty throughout the dealer network
• Maintaining Renault dealer contact and be the primary liaison for customer requests, in co-operation with our dealer network.
• Facilitate teamwork in studying, evaluating and preparing customer LCV proposals and tenders, both national and international.
• Recommend and coordinate the necessary support to meet dealer needs throughout the program.
• Deliver product and sales training programs to the dealer network.
• Coordinate local LCV events with dealers, vendors and partners to ensure flawless execution.

Core Responsibilities
• Identify sales problems and through transversal teamwork with product and marketing department, develop strategies and detailed action plans.
• Develop sales strategies and detailed action plans with Dealer Sales Managers to resolve concerns.
• Be the primary contact and pilot the dialogue with the LCV dealer association, through regular meetings.
• Monitor and assist dealer personnel in meeting training and certification requirements
• Develop local incentive programs and dealer animation to effectively drive intended sales results.
• Manage each dealer's LCV advertising spend through a sound strategy.
• Monitor and analyze dealer and area LCV inventory and manage vehicle aging and inventory mix.
• Achieve sales goals and volume and growth objectives on an annual basis for assigned segments based on coordinated and targeted action plans, pricing, and product mix strategies

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible sales experience
• Must have proven record of creativity, innovation, sales growth, and significant achievement.
• Strong knowledge of the LCV automotive industry.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent analytical, planning and time management skills, and quantitative skills.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both oral and written is essential.

In order to be successful in this role, we believe you need to have a great knowledge and passion for the automotive industry and have previous successfully worked with corporate sales within this specific industry. It is mandatory that you have experience from working with similar positions. As a person you have good communication and presentations skills, a strategic and positive mindset together with a can-do spirit. You have also the ability to structure, plan and schedule your work and you have experience in collecting information and compiling reports.
