In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Be part of the scaled agile transformation journey of the function responsible for developing and utilizing modern tools and technology, such as analytics and AI, to help Swedbank combat financial crime and ensure cyber security.
• Drive the continuous improvement of common and scaled ways of working in accordance with agile principles and best practice.
• Be responsible for building team of teams as part of an Agile Release Train, facilitating communication and cooperation across the different teams and value streams as well as aligning goals, expectations and priorities between stakeholders and business owners.
• Provide training, coaching, feedback, and advice to cross-functional development teams in order to enable them to resolve dependencies and obstacles.
• Coordinate development practices, facilitate ceremonies, and provide tools for common portfolio vision, backlog, and prioritization to ensure consistent processes and decisions in collaboration with product managers.
• Ensure stable and high-quality deliveries as well as continuous stability of the systems and services managed by the team and contribution to problem, incident, and crisis management.
• Belong to a fun, diverse and knowledgeable international team of specialists in an expanding department offering unique opportunities for growth and learning.

What is needed in this role:

• Degree in IT or related field. Well versed in/or certified in Agile Development frameworks and/or progress toward certification and/or extensive experience working in Scaled Agile environment.
• Expertise in time, dependency, and stakeholder management with a passion for problem solving.
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication (to both technical and non-technical audiences) skills.
• Experience coordinating IT processes/initiatives spanning several business areas and teams.
• Ability to build networks and work collaboratively in a geographically distributed and diverse environment.
• Understanding/experience of the business domain is meriting; finance, financial crime, cybersecurity.
• Fluency in English; verbal and written.
• Knowledge and experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
