In Swedbank you have the opportunity to: Be a line manager for Competence Leads in the regulatory reporting area
Be a leader who builds trust, inspires people and shows courage
Aligning your work and the team's contribution to the bank's direction and strategy
Coordinating collaboration towards the delivery organization
Defining clear responsibilities and priorities for your team members
Assessing and improving the performance of your team members
Ensuring the continuous development of your team and your own leadership skills
Ensuring a sustainable work climate and sustainable employees
Building a diverse team with high level of team spirit and engagement
Ensuring robust IT competence for regulatory reporting including effective resilience in the competence area
What is needed in this role: Proven experience in leadership roles such as a Chief Competence Lead or a Chief Product Officer
At least 3 years of experience from the Banking industry
Knowledge about the regulatory reporting area and what is needed to get successful IT processes in this area of expertise
Sincere interest in new techniques supporting efficiency and effectiveness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Swedish
Understanding how to achieve results through others and take accountability for your team members' and the team's performance
Ability to assess and improve performance
Good communication and collaboration with others
Contribute to the team members' well-being and sustainable performance
Bachelor's or Master's degree of Science in Engineering
