hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos The World Maritime University i Malmö Working under the supervision of the Registrar and Assistant Registrar (Student Records) the Registry Intern shall perform the following tasks:
1) Transfer of Transcript files from the Dataflex report server to graduate records in the Registry ERP module.
2) Registry filing:
a) Sorting stored applications and moving older files to archive.
b) Logging and disposing of very old paper application files.
3) Updating Registry contact details based on returned handbooks.
4) Status update in Registry ERP module for unfunded applications.
The Registry Intern will work for an initial period of three months and up to 39 hours per week, with the possibility of an extension of a further three months.
