WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Regional Small Business Manager will work closely with Axis Global Small Business team and the local marketing teams. This role is 100% focused on Small Business and the main tasks are to understand Axis Corporate Small Business strategy and develop and implement it on a regional level. You will be the face of small business in our Northern Europe region and will also be responsible for keeping the region informed on all things related to "Small Business".

This role is a regional role and travel within the region, (UK, Ireland and Nordics), will be considered a natural part of the job.

Your main activities will include but are not limited to :

Responsible for sales and marketing strategies for Small Business in the region
Nurture larger resellers targeting small business
Work closely with marketing to implement the global strategy
Collaborate with marketing to run campaigns and promotions
Be the face of Small Business both internally and externally
Keeping regional organization informed about Small Business
Host webinars and live trainings
Being a bearer of Axis' company culture
You will be working from our Swedish sales office in Lund.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Someone that have the following characteristics:

A strategic mindset
Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels internally and externally
Creative and thinking outside the box
Flexible and open to change in a constantly evolving business area
Strong analytical skills to provide monthly reporting and sales analysis
Experience in selling products and solutions through channels
Experience from e-commerce business and the IT industry
Strong communication skills
Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and English
Nice to have:

Is proficient with Microsoft applications
Previous experience with Salesforce
Basic technical understanding of networking and computer systems
Experience in working in an international and dynamic environment, with a customer-focus culture
As an individual, you are responsible, hands-on and able to work independently. You have good organizational skills, can handle multiple priorities and are a team player, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
