What you will be a part of
Dynamics, a business area of Saab, offers ground combat weapons, missile systems, torpedoes, sensor systems, unmanned underwater vehicles and signature management systems for armed forces as well as remotely operated vehicles and security systems for the offshore industry and nuclear power plants. Saab Barracuda, a business unit operating within Dynamics, is the world's leading supplier of products and services within multispectral signature management and force protection technology. Saab Barracuda is at the front line of research and development within the area and the company has built a solid competence, when it comes to optimizing signature management solutions.

Your role
We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Responsible (RSR) to our Marketing department in Sweden. Your responsibilities will mainly be to market and sell our products as well as business development. You will be working with B2B, system integrators and OEM vehicle manufacturers as well as end user customers on targeted international markets.
As an RSR you will:

Be responsible for order intake on selected markets
Meet with end users in order to collect information on future needs
Establish long lasting relations with our customers
Administrate your business activities in specific tools according to Saabs "Winning Business Process".

Furthermore, this position includes a lot of travelling, both nationally but mostly internationally. You will have many points of contact within Saab and will work in close cooperation with other functions within Saab Barracuda.

Your skills and experience
Strong drive and result oriented
Have a clear business mind and are always searching for improvements and new possibilities
Focus on delivering
Proven experience in marketing and sales
An accurate communicator
Have a strong influence on other people
You are able to present professional and convincing presentations, documents and proposals in fluent English, other languages are desirable
Driver 's license is required
Academic degree in technology, marketing or relevant degree is meritorious


The job is positioned at Saab Barracuda in Gamleby, Kalmar Län.
