We are looking for:
A highly result driven and motivated person to manage and develop our business in the Middle East, Asia and Australia. The person we are seeking will become a key member of our sales focused and experienced organization. The position is located in Ängelholm with a potential to be based in the local market. The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales.
The job:
You will implement sales strategies and action plans with a hands-on approach to ensure sales and profitability goals in your region. This will be achieved in close cooperation with local distributors and partners. Some markets will require start-up activities therefore an innovative and proactive attitude is necessary. Leadership skills are essential as the position includes people management of currently a small group of people based in the local markets and anticipated to grow. The position involves extensive traveling. 
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has a university degree in Business Administration, experience from the life science industry and a good command of English. Chinese or other local languages are highly meriting. Sales experience and cultural knowledge of the regions is compulsery. The following personal characteristics are desired:
• Strong result and market orientation
• Urgency to get things done quickly
• Proven track record in an international environment
• Communication and negotiation ability at any level
• A well organized business conduct
