To strive to maximize service level towards Oriflame's Sales Consultant?s, in line with company inventory targets in the supply network, taken into consideration sales and product forecast bias and accuracy
To chair and lead regional Sales and Operations planning meetings, analyze historical campaigns, proactively work to solve future projected constraints, analyze root causes of issues and constraints in the supply chain, with a cost benefit approach to propose and implement solutions
To lead regional & global supply chain projects related to planning, to work with development of the supply chain, for example seeking to minimize lead times & optimize loads and transports where possible
As a role model, with a high level of customer service mindedness & as a centre of positive energy, to lead & develop the Regional Distribution Planning Team to ensure highest level of employees? satisfaction and motivation
With a strong value adding focus, to drive change, reassessing and develop the organization, including roles, responsibilities & work activates
Your key responsibilities in this position are:
Team management, leadership and team building
Organization and role development
Market Relationship Management
Project Management
Supply network development
Work process assessment & design
Monitor and assess achievement towards KPI?s
Develop relevant KPI?s
Ownership of JDA planning software in planning area
Responsible for master data management & maintenance
You should have the following qualifications, competencies:
Graduate degree in logistics or supply chain. If educated in other area (e.g. business or engineering), the relevant professional qualification would suffice
Minimum of 5 years in a Supply Chain or associated area, ideally within a customer focused or service organization
Prior Management experience & Leadership capabilities
Experience in Project Management
IFS/JDA system knowledge
Excel mastery is essential
