Your role
You will be part of a team which together wants to exceed our customers' expectations and provide the best possible customer experience while refunding VAT and controlling export of goods from Sweden at Arlanda Airport.
The role is not just a typical customer service role - it offers you the possibility to work in an international and dynamic environment with multiple cultures and languages when at the same time focusing on creating a great customer experience. The position also provides a great insight to the Tax Refund industry. You don't need to have any experience from the Tax Refund industry, we will provide training.
We are looking for a Refunder for a part-time (approx. 30 hours / week) & permanent position. The Refund point operates from Monday to Sunday from early morning to late evening, so it is important that you are able to get to the airport during these hours.
We offer salary according to collective agreement between Almega and Unionen, occupational pension and insurance, lunch benefit, wellness allowances and parking at Arlanda staff parking.
Main duties and responsibilities
As a Refunder you will be:
Delivering professional customer experience with various Travellers
Reviewing and refunding tax free forms
Applying good judgement and making on decisions on tax refund eligibility
Controlling Travellers' export of goods
Processing cash and non-cash transactions for eligible customers
Following Global Blue and Airport policy
Supporting External agent when needed
Other office tasks
Preferrable skills and competencies
Fluent in English and Swedish
Extra language skills are beneficial.
Preferably 1-2 years of previous work experience in customer service roles
Dedication to customer service and providing the best possible customer experience
Trustworthy to handle large amounts of cash
Able to work under pressure
Positive attitude towards colleagues and good team player
Flexible in terms of working hours
Clean criminal record as per Airport requirements
Driving license
Arlanda Airport is a security-classified workplace, which means that you as an employee must undergo a security check, including a record check, in order to work here. This means, among other things, that you must be able to present documents that prove your employment or if you have studied in Sweden for the last 5 years. In your application, you must state your citizenship and you must be able to show a passport or national ID that proves your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA or Switzerland, you must also be able to proof that you have a valid work permit.
