Part of the NewsCorp group, Twentieth Century Fox is one of the world's most recognized and respected producers and distributors of film and television entertainment - both internationally and locally. Twentieth Century Fox is famous for iconic films such as Star Wars and Avatar. Coming releases includes Ice Age 4 e.g. The company headquarters is located in Los Angeles, California, USA. Since April 2011 Twentieth Century Fox also distributes Warner Brothers' films to Theatres, with titles such as Sherlock Holmes 2 and Harry Potter 7B.

The company
The organization is split into Theatrical Sweden and Home Entertainment Nordic (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland), each with a marketing and a sales department accompanied by a joint finance team. Theatrical delivers entertainment in movie theatres. Home Entertainment focuses on providing entertainment to people at home by means of rental and retail DVD's, Blu-Ray, and TV-series. The turnover of Theatrical Sweden varies each year depending on the films being released but is approximately 60 MSEK per year. Home Entertainment Nordic totals 700 MSEK.

Due to a maternity leave Twentieth Century Fox seeks to hire a temporary accountant, from July 2012 until August 2013.

The Role
• This is a great opportunity for an individual with an interest in accounting and reporting to work for an international company
• The position includes working with accounting, accounts receivables, accounts payables, reconciliations, monthly- and quarterly closure and reporting
• The role reports to the Senior Finance Controller
• The role is based in Solna and the Finance department consists of 7 people

Your background
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Bachelor of Accounting
• At least 3 years working experience
• Interest in Accounting and Reporting
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Personal characteristics
• Highly numerate with an interest in computer systems
• Pro-active, self-starting
• Service minded
• Good team player
