Publiceringsdatum2011-03-25Dina arbetsuppgifterAs Recruitment Specialist you take part in end to end recruiting process for recruiting requests for Sweden and Norway. You are the key point of contact for hiring managers of our client within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry. You will get familiar with a wide range of professions and professionals within our client's organization since you will cover all kinds of vacant positions. You will screen and identify suitable candidates via phone interviews. You will interview candidates via telephone as they apply for vacancies with our client in various locations in Sweden and Norway. You will be working closely with our offshore team to fill open vacancies in line with our client's expectations. You are responsible for the recruiting pipeline as well as guidance/expertise on Sourcing channels appropriate to client's requirements.
The role is a Specialist role within recruitment with focus on Sweden and Norway. As Recruitment Specialist you will have close co-operation with Recruitment Lead and Client Service Delivery Lead and interaction with the client on a Nordic level.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar
• At least 3 years proven experience within recruitment area or equivalent
experience from a client facing role
• Fluent in Swedish
• Excellent Business English
• Good understanding of recruitment demand and external marketplace/trends
• Previous experience in recruitment tools.

• You are very service oriented with a great focus on the customer
• You are a team player, helpful and enjoy working together with others
• You have great ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You take ownership and responsibility for your tasks and deliver with excellent quality.
