Receptionist & HR administrator

We are looking for a dynamic and "hungry" Receptionist & HR Administrator who wants to join ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. You will be located in Landskrona, Sweden.
Responsibilities and challenges:
In this role you will be responsible for the reception were you will have your workplace full time.
Your focus areas will be:
Reception and Switchboard 50%:
• Manage the switchboard in Landskrona and answer for ~900 users in Sweden together with colleagues in Malmö.
• Support to managers and coworkers" (meetings, travel, hotel, taxi-bookings, visum)
• Filing and scanning
• Coordinate and prepare meetings with facilities and refreshments etc
• Register visitors
• Register invoices in Basware
• Manage office supplies
• Ordering and managing: Telephones for new employees, supplies from the pharmacy, business cards, keycards, UPS, Posten etc ,
HR administration 50%:
• HR administration; coordinate administrative tasks, write contracts
• Support in recruitment processes; write- and publish ads, telephone interviews, take references
• Introduction programs for new employees
• Support HR in salary reviews, performance management process, HR KPI reports etc.
• Operational support to global and local HR colleagues in different HR related issues as well as projects
If you have a university degree in Human Resource management or equivalent and experience from a service profession is a plus. You are capable of working independently, but also collaboratively and cross-functionally. You have the ability to interact with diverse colleagues across many levels. You need to be able to work in an environment where not all the processes and procedures are in place, and have the ability to bring structure to the scene yourself and like being the "spider in the net". You enjoy coordinating administrative tasks and like to provide service for others.
You are fluent in Swedish and have advanced skills in oral and written English, as English is our business language.
