Our Exciting Opportunity:

Ericsson's corporate real estate unit manages all our workplaces and properties worldwide including offices, technical areas, production sites and warehouses. We are now looking for a Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join and strengthen our Portfolio Strategy & Management team. The team is part of the Portfolio and Project Management unit and is accountable for an efficient and consistent management of Ericsson's global real estate footprint. With a strive to redefine and improve the workplaces with the human in center there is a requirement on us to secure we continue to optimize our portfolio and how we approach it to adhere to changing prerequisites!

You will:

Be provided with the exciting opportunity to join the central portfolio team and work with a wide variety of tasks related to Ericsson's real estate together with our colleagues around the world. Our team is diverse and professional, and we take great pride in sharing knowledge and to support each other in a non-hierarchical manner. You will have a varied job that will provide you with the opportunity to interact with Ericsson colleagues and suppliers across the globe.

Task may include:

Conduct and continuously develop the way we work with real estate portfolio analysis to provide insight supporting central initiatives and decision making
Follow up and develop KPI's that enables benchmarking with other companies and across the Ericsson RE portfolio to find opportunities for value creation and improvements
Lead implementation of RE related improvements projects or programs across the organization
Provide real estate support and expertise in companywide M&A projects
Development of processes and analysis for real estate related project to be in line with our strive to provide human centric workplaces


To be successful in the role you must have:

Education: Relevant MSc or BSc degree from technical or business school

Demonstrated ability:

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant real estate experience from a corporation, commercial or consultant in real estate management, transaction management, facilities management and/or project management
Skilled project manager with ability to lead global scale improvement projects
Understanding of real estate market, process, models & strategies
Change- and improvement management skills
Negotiation- and argumentation skills
Data analytics skills



As a person you must:

Have excellent command of business English
Have a consistent track record of being able to structure, tackle and synthesize complex problems
Be future looking with an innovative view around developing and continuing to be an outstanding portfolio management function
Have a highly result oriented approach to be able to deliver results and handle expectations
Have excellent analytical and communication skills
Enjoy working in teams in a dynamic environment
