Role Summary/Purpose:
Become a member of the Radio Pharmacy Service Team, impacting our customer experience every day! We are actively seeking two new team members with electrical engineering or physics background as a basis for cyclotron service.
Essential Responsibilities:
The cyclotron service modality based in Uppsala is the world's leading service provider for GE cyclotrons. As a product specialist, you will provide remote technical advise and support to colleagues, field engineers and customers around the globe via phone and email. You will act as a key link between field service and modality departments such as engineering, production and manufacturing which are all based in Uppsala.
In the role as Radio Pharmacy (RP) Online Engineer, you will have the opportunity to grow your expertise and to experience the full range of field service and customer interaction at GE Healthcare. This will include the following responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls (RSL) for service on RP
• Act as a link between service and other departments, share knowledge and drive for fix and improvements
• Provide service/customer training
• Write technical documentations such as service bulletins and service notes
• Help the Operations team with planning upon escalations
• Represent RP Online Centre (OLC) in CSO calls and care for quality of the OLC as a whole to minimize the number of complains and response time
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent cyclotron service experience
• Ability to understand and follow mechanical schematics and electrical wiring diagrams
• Excellent computer skills
• High degree of quality awareness, excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills combined with ability to detect and remedy faults, defects, problems
• Team player, cooperative, interested in further development
• English and Swedish
• High degree of flexibility, highly motivated with ability to work under pressure
• EU work permit
• Willing and able to travel with short notice if required (up to maximum 25% of time)
