As a Quality Specialist you are the one improving and implementing technical quality support to our marketing and sales operations, to ensure launch of high performing products on the market. You also support in the deployment of Unilever quality strategy, governance and goals through specific projects and act as the first point of contact for local authorities. Furthermore, as the Quality Specialist you:
• Work together with European quality team to ensure compliance at manufacturing sites and in warehousing & logistics
• Participate in quality expert interventions (e.g. operational quality reviews, HACCP workshops, training events, etc.)
• Support solving quality issues seen and highlighted by re-packers, customers and consumers
• Support quality processes for local innovations and do technical visits to suppliers
• Actively building and spreading quality awareness within the organization
• Lead incident management in case of market place non-conformance
• Analyzing quality performance and addressing the issues to business partners
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Food science and technology, Microbiology or similar, preferably within the Logistics/Supply Chain area
• Experience from a similar role or experience within food industry is an advantage when taking on this role
• Experience from the FMCG industry is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
