Falkenberg factory, with about 400 employees, is characterized by a modern organization and a high-tech machinery. Technology development and upgrading projects are ongoing, and most of our products are "fast moving consumer goods".
The plant produces baby diapers and incontinence products, mainly for the Nordic markets, Central and Eastern Europe.
Now we are looking for a Quality Manager who wants to develop and improve our quality work in the factory!
Main Tasks
As Quality Manager you are responsible for driving the step Change of quality in Falkenberg factory. You will be responsible for product quality improvements and to continuously improve our quality management systems to support the operations. Secure understanding and information about customer quality needs within the plant. You will lead the quality work and also do the budget within the quality department. You will work close with the other quality managers in a Quality Network in Europe, and work together to form our strategy and roadmap.
Together with the management team you will develop Management systems and secure compliance with the needed quality standards, ISO 9002, BRC, IFS, etc. Also, you will coordinate customer audits as well as management system audits.
You will report to the site manager and part of the management team.
Qualifications
You have a BSc or MSc in engineering
You have many years of experience of quality in production
You are an experienced leader with the ability to collaborate and motivate others, even if they do not report to you
You take responsibility and have the ability to run various projects
You are committed and engaged, a person who has and gives energy
You have very good knowledge in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
