Objectives
The quality department in Ljungby is searching for a new employee for participation in our quality assurance and improvement work. The position will drive and coordinate QA activities during introduction of new products/components in our production by developing control plans, part approvals and project participation. The Quality Engineer will also participate in the continues improvement work by following up of KPI's, doing root cause analyzes and run improvements. In order of succeeding in this position we expect the candidate to have a drive results, good communicative skills and be able to network within the organization.
Key operational responsibilities
• QA activities during introduction of new products/components in our production by developing control plans, part approvals.
• Participation in projects, FMEA analyzes etc.
• Performing root cause analyzes.
• Driving improvements.
• KPI reporting and analyzing statistics.
Competence needed
• Electronics/mechanical background (bachelor's degree or similar work experience).
• Previous job experience within Quality, R&D or Engineering is meritorious.
• Knowledge of quality tools (e.g FMEA, Control plans, MSA etc.).
• Fluently in English.
