Description
Are you an analytical person that is motivated by organizing quality data and information?
As a Quality data analyst within the Supplier Development team within Total Quality Capital Equipment/ SCO you will support supplier development and supplier quality engineers with quality data analysis. The key challenges for the Quality data analyst will be to build stable, structured and clear way of deploying and visualizing quality performance of suppliers as well as continuously improve the database tools we use, Sharepoint and Qlik view.
Supplier Development, develops Tetra Pak Suppliers of Capital Equipment towards excellence in quality and world class manufacturing. We identify loss, risks and opportunities through quality data analysis and audits. Identified improvements are driven in partnership with our suppliers.
This is a temporary position until 31st December, 2014.
Main responsibilities
• Consolidate, analyse and report quality performance data from multiple sources
• Create and maintain total quality and quality pillar dashboards
• Define and deploy shared cross-organisational quality objectives
• Develop supplier performance tracking tool
• Develop quality deployment tool
• Monthly updates of quality deployment tool
• Secure and drive a standardized quality deployment approach
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have an analytical and problem solving mindset and the ability to drive actions proactively. You possess a strong drive for result and you prefer to work in a structured way. You are a team player and enjoy supporting the organisation. Furthermore you have strong networking/communication skills and are comfortable negotiating your own point of view and recommendations.
We believe you have a good theoretical (preferably a University degree) background and approx. 2 years of experience within statistics, quality or production function, preferably from a large company. Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required. Practical knowledge of basic quality analysis tools such as Pareto, Histogram, normal deviation and scatter diagram is highly merited. SAP user experience is required and understanding of databases is a plus.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
