Main Purpose of the role:
Drive and develop the continuous improvement processes in Nobel Biocare in a systematic and organized way. Improve the quality approach in Nobel Biocare, by training and education of the organization. Develop and implement QMS including SOP's. Identify improvements areas. Support local QA Managers in QMS development. Develop, implement and maintain the Postmarket Surveillance Process. Identify and drive improvements related to Customer satisfaction criteria
Main responsibilities and tasks:
• Create structure to ascertain a good base for working with continuous improvements.
• Set routines and processes for continuous improvements.
• Coordinate work for continuous improvement between all sites within Nobel Biocare.
• Train, present and sell the concept of quality improvements
• Improve quality tools globally.
• Improve awareness of Quality assurance globally.
• Support process development.
• Improve OMS and its utilization.
• Secure the PMS process from a global perspective, by close cooperation with all sites.
Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of experience from similar position, advantage if you have experience from working in a medical device company.
• 5-10 years of experience from working with improvement of quality and Costumer Satisfaction processes in a multinational organization.
• Advanced experience of applying and improving quality and continuous improvement strategies
• Documented experience from independent work with warranties and product complaints
• Good Project management skills.
• Systematic, coordinated, structured, pedagogic, persuasive and driving approach.
• Understanding and experience working with Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience and certification in 6-sigma or similar.
• QMS skills, especially within ISO 13485.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
• An enquiring mindset, the ability to conceptualise, and enthusiasm to follow through on ideas.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal) and experience working in a international organization;
