www.fingerprints.com We are now looking to expand our organization with a Quality and Environmental Management System Manager to ensure our quality and environmental management systems (QMS) contribute operational benefits and enable us to reach our strategic targets.
In this role, you will have an overall responsibility of assigning targets within the area of quality and environment, get them approved by top management, and ensure their effective execution by working together with different functions in the organization.
Key responsibilities
• Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015 and Environmental Managing Systems ISO 14001:2015 are established, implemented and maintained.
• Ensure that the performance of the QMS is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. Report to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.
• Ensure that top management undertakes periodic but regular assessments of customer satisfaction and that consequent improvements are identified and implemented.
• Together with FPC Operations, ensure that all suppliers used by the organization are selected, evaluated and reevaluated.
• Promote and build awareness of customer requirements and environmental policies and practices throughout the organization.
• Liaise with external accreditation and regulatory bodies.
You will be part of the Operational Development team, reporting to VP Operations. At this point in time, the role will not have any direct reports.
You will be primarily based in our Malmö or Gothenburg office, but occasional travel to visit our other offices as well as suppliers will be required.
Your background and profile
You have a university degree in environmental science/engineering or equivalent, and extensive experience from quality management systems along with experience of both FDA inspections and ISO registrar audits. Preferably, you have advanced knowledge of the environmental and social issues related to our industry.

As our corporate language is English, fluent written and spoken English is a requirement. Proficiency in an additional language commonly spoken at FPC (e.g. Swedish, Danish, Mandarin, Korean) is viewed favorably.
