Qliro is a start-up within CDON Group- the leading e-commerce company in the Nordics, founded in 2014 with the goal to deliver modern and consumer oriented payment solutions for CDON Group's customers. Currently the business is in an extremely exciting build-up phase where everyone is expected to be proactive, take on a lot of responsibility and always strive for the best possible solution from all aspects.

The Risk & Credit team is growing and is now looking for an intelligent and talented Fraud Manager with a degree within finance, statistics or similar from a leading university. Most important though iis real world experience from working with fraud management, preferably within online payments. As a part of the Risk & Credit team you will constantly strive towards generating true business value by mitigating fraudulent transactions through deep understanding of Qliro's customers behavior.

In addition you are expected to:

• Be responsible for and constantly develop Qliro's efforts in fraud management, which includes designing, implementing and executing mitigating actions

• Own both the automated and the manual fraud review process

• Over time build and manage an outstanding fraud management team

• Be a part of developing and analyzing Qliro's credit strategies going forward by continuously performing gap and root cause analysis

• Use quantitative methods and models to help develop fraud management tools to take Qliro's fraud management to the next level

• Work with all other parts of the business in cross functional projects

The optimal candidate:

• Can demonstrate hands on experience from working with fraud management to create real business value through efficient and effective processes and tools

• Sees actual hands-on fraud reviews as a great sources for developing deep understanding of Qliro's customer base

• Has proven managerial capability to mentor, motivate and develop employees

• Is a very fast learner that has a passion for solving complex business problems and thrives from working in a fast paced environment together with other teammates

• Has a high sense of responsibility that takes initiative and has the skills and ambition to grow with the role

• Has a special knack for details, is structured, has a solid judgment and is most comfortable when given a lot of professional freedom
