With the increasing number of staff and size of systems, processes and support tools we need an administrator to keep track of all necessary changes, and basically unburden the management of admin chores. The Support administrator will work closely together with the management of the Support organization.
Your Responsibilities:
• Data quality
1. Follow-up and report on inconsistent and/or faulty data in SalesForce
2. Investigate the reason for the faulty data
3. Merge and/or create Accounts/Contacts
4. Push for changes needed to improve data quality
• Case reviews
1. Review and follow-up closed cases
• Administration of events, meetings and other arrangements
1. Take notes
2. Organize
3. Publish info
• Processes, systems and tools
1. Document processes
2. Capture and follow-up possible changes
3. Create and follow-up change requests
4. Maintain admin documents
Your Profile:
• Creative and organized team player who enjoys challenges
• Excellent technical understanding of QlikView products
• Good at handling pressure
• Good at taking initiatives with inner drive and an urge to complete tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of QlikView Support process
• Experienced with QlikView software
• Excellent verbal and written English skills as the company language is English
