Department Overview
QA ? With quality in mind ? QA support the creation of great games ? creatively, commercially and technically.
Position Overview
Reporting to the QA Manager, the QA Analyst works alongside the development team to deliver a world class product from concept through to its launch and beyond! They will be accountable for supporting the Development Team onsite and also helping direct external QA Groups based on the Developers priorities. They will work with other QA Analysts to deliver and support the product, including any online or post release needs such as additional downloadable content and title updates. They will work closely with the QA Managers and Production teams, helping shape the QA plans and assessing and reporting on risks to schedule and game quality as well as more general short term risks to the QA plans and then working to resolve these. They will help lead the Test Centre effort using a Work Package process to ensure alignment with the defined test strategy. This includes organising and executing work aimed at verifying code during pre-production and production phases. The role will require someone who is able to multitask and is also happy to be hands on with the game and able to jump in and assist testing and quality feedback as well as being able to provide first hand summaries of software status.

Experience and qualifications
• Degree level education.
• QA experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of software development and/or QA processes.
• Interest in Software Testing and a passion for video games.
• Preferable experience of working with teams over multiple sites/countries.
Preferable qualifications in Computer Science or other Computing/Gaming related subject.
