The Role
This role gives you a chance to be a key driver in helping Petainer to be a leader in improving sustainability of single use plastics. We are already ahead of the competition and we want to stay there.
Working in the Product Development team, based in our factory in Lidkoping, you will work closely with your Business Partners in Operations and Sales to deliver the product change agenda for our One Way Bottle category.
The role reports to a UK based Product Development Director. You will receive strong support from the wider Product Development network as well as the local cross functional team.

Key Responsibilities
• Overall accountability for the delivery of all Lidkoping product change projects from concept to launch insuring they deliver on time.
• Define and implement projects with sales that supports Petainer business and anticipates market change
• Define PROJECT timeline, tasks and required resources to deliver the projects
• Manage the project team to deliver the projects including other NPD resources such as the design engineers/technical experts to deliver the projects.
• To create new product specifications and technical information related to the program including review of sales material.
• Monitor and report on project progress and budget
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Evaluate and assess result of project
• Lead implementation of project management excellence for Lidkoping for both product change and development activities
Experience
• Degree qualified in Technical Subject - Engineering/Science
• Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
• Experience of plastics processing in technical environment ( Development or Operations)
• Experience in risk management and/or change management
• Proficiency in project management software tools
