We are now hiring Project Risks & Learnings Managers for our locations in Brande, Denmark and Solna, Sweden.
How to contribute to our vision
As Project Risks & Learnings Manager within the Business Unit Onshore in Siemens Gamesa, you will support the NE&ME project management organization on capturing and monitoring lessons learned and risks during project execution. This includes organization and facilitation of learnings and risks workshops together with the project teams.

In this role you will also be responsible for:
You ensure the inclusion, mitigation, monitoring and control of project risks related to all the functions and tasks
You share relevant risks across portfolio and ensure transfer of risk knowledge
You ensure and promote the identification and exploitation of opportunities of the project
You assure the application of the risks & opportunities procedure in projects
You implement the activities and tools for the identification, collection and sharing of lessons learned in and for the project, supporting the transfer of learnings for future project
You facilitate workshops for learnings and risks identification and implementation
You contribute to the transformation of project execution to a high performing organization

In this role travelling is expected to be maximum 1 time per month.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for...
A completed master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar. You need to have work experience of minimum 3 years in a comparable business. It's important to be able to structure tasks, take ownership and drive to results as well as having great MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel). It's required to have experience with reporting and workshop facilitation, experience with internal project management and process implementation as well as experience with Microsoft SharePoint, SWORD and Power BI would be beneficial. A proven high-performance track record e.g., from strategy consulting would be a plus. It would be an advantage to have Risk Manager PMI certificate or similar. As a person you are a team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. Fluent English is required, knowledge in Danish, German, and/or Spanish would be a plus.
