hela Sverige Reporting to the Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence area, initially you will be responsible of the Quality Management within a recently launched delivery project concerning the COMBIFLEX family products. This position will give you the chance to influence quality throughout the value chain from an order to project execution, delivery and after sales support.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
• Be the direct contact for project customer quality activities (audits, reviews, complaints)
• Assist in supplier quality audits
• Manage the documentation database within the project
• Establish and maintain relevant quality documentation for the products within the scope of the project
• Lead and perform root cause investigations and process improvements
As a member of the GA Products Quality and Operational Excellence team, this role also actively contributes to our general strive to "Make Quality Happen" through Lean Six Sigma deployment, active process ownership, continuous improvements and other proactive activities to meet our stakeholder expectations.
Successful applicants will possess:
• High degree of social skills in combination with an analytical and proactive mindset
• Experience of hands-on, detailed quality work in projects or within a product based business
• Solid knowledge of document systematic and documentation handling
• Experience of internal and external auditing, preferable trained as internal auditor
• Former work with quality engineering within an international company is highly valued
• Good leadership skills - you make it happen!
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field
• Fluency in English: written and spoken alike
• Fluency in Swedish: written and spoken alike (preferred)
