hela Sverige This role will function as a key member of the fast-growing Procera team. We are looking for a disciplined Project Manager with a qualified project management background.
This individual will work closely with the major parts of Procera Networks team to follow up on product releases and identify bottlenecks in the delivering phase. A key to success in this position will be the ability to quickly understand the business, establish technical credibility, and build the right relationships with needed teams in the organization. This person will work closely to the Vice President of Product Management, and will be a significant contributor to the company?s product release success. Successful individuals will thrive in this fast paced environment, seeking out efficiency in operations and collaborative teaming with ultimate goal of delivering customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
As with any product management role in a fast-growing company, day-to-day responsibilities will span the entire product management lifecycle, and include deep and regular interaction with customers, sales, and engineering. Specific responsibilities include:
• Drive product projects through interaction with Engineering and Sales
• Effectively communicate across all functions of the organization, e.g. weekly status updates to the Executive Team on all product projects
• Direct work experience in a project coordination or management capacity
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Proficient in project management software
• Managing all aspects of the project/s including scope, risks, integration, issues and financials
• Lead project team meeting in discussing project related items including requirements gathering, progress and issues update
• Communicate project progress to key stakeholders of the business
• Manage project delivery expectations and relationships with customers and channel partners
• Collect and record project knowledge and experience and seek to actively impart this to the Vice President of Product Management and the rest of the team
• Deliver project and risk review updates
Desired Skills
• Bachelor or Master Degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent·
• At least 5 years demonstrable Project Management experience preferably working in Telecom/IT segment
• Experience managing multiple projects of varying scope/size simultaneously and understanding of project management methodologies
• Extensive knowledge in both introducing and implementing Product Lifecycle Management processes
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in Swedish and English
• Strong customer focus, leadership and facilitation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
