We are looking for driven project managers to a global Warehouse Management System implementation project within our Logistics division.
This is an exciting opportunity for a project manager to join an important project in one of H&M's programs implementing a new global ERP solution. The project will deliver a new warehouse management solution that will be rolled out to existing and new warehouses globally over the coming years. Find your place in a fast moving environment where you as Project Manager have a key role to plan and lead the team that works with our Warehouse Management solution.
We believe that you currently work as a project manager where you drive key projects. You have outstanding abilities in managing deliverables and in time management, you are well-structured in your work and have the ability to take decision. Also, you have the ability to handle many stakeholders, build relationships and to coach and motivate the team.
In your role, you will lead a team that includes different expertise areas. You will work closely with your team, our system integrator, business people and other functional teams. To handle all those stakeholders and to coordinate work very good communication skills and relationship building skills are required. The nature of our projects within logistics require an understanding of the solution and being able to relate between the operational, tactical and strategic perspectives in a given context in order to drive the development in the right direction.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Project Manager comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:
• Lead work and distribute tasks within the team
• Prioritize, divide and follow up the daily work in the team
• Secure right capacity and competence in the team
• Support and coach the team members
• Budget and monthly reporting responsibility
• Ensure solution fulfills the business requirements
• Handle complex and multiple stakeholder relations and relations with vendors
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
• Several years of experience from running large scale and complex projects
• Strong leaderships skills and experience from project management
• Experience from software development project, standard system implementation and/or from Roll out of Global Solutions
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, especially SAP EWM is qualifying
• You are driven, well-structured in your work and excellent in fact based decision-making
• Able to both work both operational and strategically and easily switch between the two
• You have a holistic view and are proactive
• Good skills in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
One of the positions we are looking to fill requires traveling within Europe.

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe.
