Client is one of the world's largest design retailers, meeting customers in stores and in all digital touch points, with e-commerce offered in more than 30 markets. In a retail market that is in a challenging transformation period, it is especially important with underlying IT systems that are optimized and stable, as well as building on vendor relations that are close and drive joint innovation. This s a exciting consultancy opportunity starting from September till end of June with the possibility for prolongation.
About the position As a Project Manager for our new Adobe Center of Excellence project, ACOE, you will have an exciting and challenging role to define and establish the next level of Adobe platform optimization. Products from the Adobe Experience Cloud is used extensively within client, as a critical platform component for Online sales, Marketing and Design. Implementation of the ACOE project is owned by the IT department and in very close cooperation with company business development and engaging roles from several different business areas.
You will have extensive dialogue with Adobe representatives, as well as different business areas within client company, on the business and IT side equally. It is critical to secure a close and long-term relationship with Adobe representatives at central product management and local representatives. Client's vendor governance model is the underlying structure on which you and Adobe Vendor manager, will adjust to secure that it is optimized for the specific Adobe vendor situation. Setting up the team structure to identify roles and responsibilities for the ACOE, is an essential part of the responsibility. The set-up will likely be of a coordinating/indirect model where the roles may be distributed between the many different business areas that are currently using the Adobe platform along with other IT vendors.
The ACOE project will support business development projects using the Adobe platform, as well as optimize and secure long term maintainability of existing platform usage. The ACOE manager role may also lead dedicated projects on the Adobe platform when needed. It is critical that you as a PM is eager to and enjoy to interact with many stakeholders, at all levels and consisting of several critical internal as well as external partners, including Adobe, Accenture and TCS.
Work Task Define and lead the project to establish the Adobe platform, as-is and to-be
Secure and implement Adobe product roadmaps according to business needs
Secure that implemented solutions are futureproofed and longterm maintainable
Establish a trusted long-term relationship with Adobe, internal and external stakeholders
Cooperate and support client's business development with an organization that secures and add best value on the Adobe platform
Manage issues, risks and report status to management
Specific Competence Experience in leading projects on complex application platform landscape and vendor relations on both strategic, tactical and operational level
Experience of the Adobe Experience Cloud
Experience of change management
Ability to simplify and drive progress towards business needs
At least 10 years' experience in project managing
Qualifying is experience in E-commerce
Qualifying is experience in Digital marketing
Excellent at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish
