Our client is looking for a project manager with experience from the automotive industry. You will work with many functional teams to lead the thermal system solution. You will plan, follow-up and deliver complex Industrialization projects with multiple deliveries with major business impact, or multi-projects grouped together, often with other project managers delivering to the program, according to agreed scope, budget, time plan and quality. You will also lead complex technical development in a true X-functional surrounding and lead within Software, Hardware, and Functional Development.
Requirements and qualifications:
To be successful in this role we believe that you are a proactive and positive person with an interest in technology and possess the possibility to quickly adapt to changing conditions. You 're not afraid of taking own initiatives and you have both a business and customer perspective. We also think that you have great communication skills and enjoy social interaction in many difference surfaces, such as suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders. Apart from that, we also believe that you have the following experience and background:
• M.Sc in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic engineering or similar technical field of study or equivalent work experience
• Experience from Agile development
• Experience from Automotive industry
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Thermal Management and Cab Climate system development is a great merit
