As Project Manager at Electrolux, you will be a part of the Retail & Shopper Marketing Experience Team. The team's Mission is to deliver a best in class shopping experience to drive conversion In-store.You will be leading and coordinating internal team and agencies in the development and creation of packaging for the range of C&A for the AEG and Electrolux brands. The position is based in the Electrolux EMEA Headquarter in Stockholm and is part of the Retail & Shopper Marketing Experience Team within the Central Marketing Organization.

This is a staffing assignment which means that the employment will be at Next u and you will be working as a consultant for Electrolux. Start in April. Extent of work is full time, 8 months.

This position requires that you are fluent in speech and writing in both English and Swedish.

Key responsibilities

- Project management and coordination of development of packaging for C&A products (AEG, Electrolux) including new products as well as changes/updates on packaging of existing products.
• Work closely with design agency and retail agency in developing C&A packaging including briefing, project management, coordination and follow up.
• Work closely with the Content Marketing team as well as with the Retail and Shopper Marketing Managers.
• Collect and coordinate the input from Ownership Solutions and Product Marketing.
• Set clear priorities to efficiently manage workload/ timings.

Competences needed

- 3-5 years of work experience in marketing
- University Degree/ Business School or equivalent
- Good project management skills, able to plan, prioritize & deliver on deadline
- Collaborative and energetic team player with a hands on attitude
- Good communicator in both English and Swedish
- Structured and organized
- Pro-active & result-driven
- Experience of managing packaging development and/or experience in working within international and multicultural teams is considered a plus.
