Tasks and responsibilities:
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for identifying and delivering quantifiable business values that is consistent with the customer's objectives utilizing implementation methodologies and partnering with functional, industry, and technical specialists to assist with the configuration and integration of innovative solutions.
The role includes tasks such as establishing, track and manage project expectations as related to critical path activities for application deployment. You contribute to customer satisfaction by providing timely and functional solutions as well as ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time. You will also identify and mitigates implementation risks while you manage and control project scope. Finally, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes that will contribute to the configuration of customer solutions.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• MBA or master's degree in either math, statistics, finance, economics or engineering
• Minimum 3-years of professional experience as a Project Manager
• Experience and/or understanding with/within CRM systems
• Experience managing and leading projects and project teams through the entire project life-cycle
• Experience with requirements definition and/or business process definition
• Experience with project management tools
• Fluence in English, speech and writing
To succeed in the position as a Project Manager you take great ownership over your projects with a strong leadership ability. You are comfortable communicating with customers with a strong customer focus, verbally and in writing to various audiences. You have the ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization, externally and internally. You also have a strong aptitude for analytical and business concepts.
