hela Sverige Adai Consulting is looking for an excellent candidate for the position as Project Manager IT Service Management for an International organisation. You will be based in Stockholm.
Tasks and Deliverables by the candidate
• to sustain the development/maintenance of the Service Catalogue
• to develop and agree internal as well external Service Level Agreements to manage the development and implementation of the IT service management methodology ITIL
• to manage the portfolio of related service management projects
• to support further development of the Service Management Tool Service Desk Console.
Required expertise of the candidate
The ideal candidate should have the following skills
1. Good knowledge and experience with the design of the Service Management Tool Service Desk Console;
2. Good knowledge and experience using Crystal Reporting Tools;
3. Holding ITIL expert certificate;
4. Holding a recognized project management certification;
5. High level of service orientation;
6. Experience of working in an international working environment;
7. Experience of working in a public sector environment.
8. English speaking and writing skills.
